Marin Literacy Program
Marin Literacy Program volunteers are trained to provide one-on-one tutoring to adults learning to read. To learn more, call 485-3318.

Outreach Program
Outreach volunteers select and deliver books to people who are not able to come to the library but still love to read or listen to books on tape. Please call 485-3317.

Teen and Youth Volunteers
Teen volunteers (ages 14 to 18) perform a variety of helpful tasks, working under the direction of a reference librarian. Contact William at 485-2389. Youth volunteers help with the Summer Reading Program.

Friends of the San Rafael Library
Friends of the Library volunteers sort donations, mend library books, assist with book sales, help with mailings, and more. To learn more, call 485-3104.

Computer and Internet Tutors
Volunteers provide one-on-one Internet tutoring for beginning adult students. Call 485-3317.
